Overview

By adding Secretly to your server or interacting with it, you agree to the following terms.

1. Acceptance of Terms

Use of the Bot constitutes acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please remove the Bot from your server.

2. User Conduct & Prohibited Content

You agree not to use Secretly to:

• Harass, bully, or dox individuals.
• Distribute illegal content or NSFW material in non-NSFW channels.
• Attempt to bypass bot filters, spam systems, or security measures.

3. Responsibility of Server Staff

Server administrators are responsible for the content posted within their servers. While Secretly provides anonymity, staff are encouraged to use the Review System to maintain community standards.

4. Disclaimer of Liability

Secretly is provided "as-is" without any warranties. The developers are not liable for server disputes, emotional distress, or any damages resulting from the use of the Bot.

5. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to blacklist users or servers from using Secretly at our discretion, particularly for violations of Discord's primary Terms of Service.
